Buggymoves fitness classes

Designed by a mum, for mums, buggymoves fitness classes provide the perfect path back into exercise after having a baby. The classes combine an aerobic workout with carefully selected strengthening, toning and postural exercises to target the major post natal trouble areas.

Set in beautiful East Lothian parkland, they offer a fun way to exercise outdoors with the added benefit of meeting other mums. And with classes where babies can come too, it's a great way to set you and your baby on the way to a healthy lifestyle.

The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness so don’t worry if you haven’t exercised for a while, you’ll be gently encouraged to work at a pace that’s comfortable for you. With a Fitness Instructor qualified in Post Natal exercise, you can be assured that the classes are safe, effective and fun for you and your little one.

A new mums on the run evening class (without babies!) starts in April. The weekly session is designed for first-time runners or those who’d like to ease themselves back into running. Over a 10-week course, you will build up your fitness levels with a mix of walk-jogs, runs, interval training, circuits and strengthening and toning exercises.

Classes take place in Dunbar, Haddington, North Berwick and near East Linton. Classes run in 10-week courses. Please see the website for timetable information.

Pre-registration is required before attending a class. Class participant numbers are limited so that we can offer you the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
