Five Sisters Zoo

The Five Sisters Zoo is a fun and education wildlife attraction for all ages. Opened in 2005, it has grown into an exciting collection of over 100 different animals, birds and reptiles from around the world.

There are daily handling sessions - get up close to snakes, spiders, bearded dragons and mini beasts and as a special treat, enjoy a session feeding the ring tailed lemurs in their enclosure. Book in advance and be a Zookeeper for a half /full day, you will clean inside enclosures, prepare food and feed a wide variety of animals.

Leaping Lemurs is a large indoor/outdoor play area complete with a castle façade and pirate ship, rope bridges, slides and tunnels. Drinks and snacks are available here and our main tearoom also serves light lunches. It's a great venue for birthday parties to!

You can also support our appeal to rescue three former circus bears - Carmen, Peggy and Suzy who we want to re-home at the Zoo.  We need to urgently raise £80,000 to make this possible!  All details about the Zoo and the bears can be found on our website.
